To apply to be a student with PTC as your home college and to be admitted to a course of study (an ‘award’ or a ‘degree’), please go to the PTC website’s application page and follow the steps there.
This is a separate and prior procedure to enrolling in units semester by semester. Cross-institutional students do not need to complete PTC application papers.
Enrol in units
Once you have been admitted as a student to PTC (or are already a student at another college), go to the PTC website’s semester enrolment page and follow the steps there. Information about timetables and fees is also on the PTC website – click the ‘hamburger’ menu and see the ‘Units’ column.
Cross-institutional enrolments
If you are a student at another ACT college (PTC is not your home college), you are permitted under the ACT system to take units at PTC providing that you are meeting your course progression requirements. You do not need to complete the application process with PTC, but instead, simply follow the unit enrolment procedure. Go to the PTC website’s semester enrolment page and follow the steps there. Information about timetables and fees is also on the PTC website – click the ‘hamburger’ menu and see the ‘Units’ menu. You are responsible along with your home college for ensuring that you are meeting your course (award) progression requirements and please understand that PTC cannot provide you with specific course advice. We will be happy to give you general advice as to how Biblical Counselling units can fit within ACT courses (as per the courses page).
